Politique de confidentialité

Salam Aid Charity Organisation collects only the information needed to process your donation and send your receipt: your name, email address, optional phone number and the details of your gift. Card details are entered on PayFast’s secure pages and never reach our servers.

We use your email to send receipts, confirmations and, if you gave to a specific appeal or monthly, occasional updates about that work. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to info@salamaidcharityorganisation.com.

Donor names are shown publicly only as a first name and initial, and not at all if you tick “keep my name private”. We do not sell or share donor information with anyone except PayFast, which processes the payment.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We keep donation records for the period required by South African tax and company law.
